“There is a candle in your heart, ready to be kindled.
There is a void in your soul, ready to be filled.
You feel it, don't you?”
These dark days filled with rain, fog, festivities and candlelight are always the most intense days of the year for me. They bring the joy of family and the comfort of our home but they also have a darker side, which forces me to look inside. Old deeply hidden fears and emotions come to the surface again.
And as the year nears its end it is a beautiful time to come to terms with all these matters of the heart...
Thank you for being here and take care, xxx!
the beautiful drawing is made by Ruth Elsässer
Winter is a good time for introspection before the year turns. As ever a beautiful and timely post Sas! xxxReplyDelete
